Our clients are mainly companies that use our Services by accessing mobilvendor.com directly or by integrating with our platform through their own software applications, through APIs. It's important to note that we don't directly interact with our clients' end users, and all the information that our customers submit is not shared with third parties. All data is managed in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of the Service.

Note: In the Lead Capture Policy, Business Prospects are referred to as “leads”, in line with the terminology used in digital marketing. We process your personal data that you provide directly to us.

JOB CANDIDATES

If you submit an employment application or resume through our Recruiting portal, we collect information such as:

• Contact details (email, telephone).
• Information about your academic background and work experience.
• Any other data that you choose to share in your application.
The processing of this information is based on your consent and is used exclusively for selection and hiring processes.

CUSTOMERS

We collect and process personal data about you if you use our Services.

• Billing information (company name, address, telephone number and, if applicable, taxpayer registration number).

Mobilvendor may use the contact details provided by the Customer to send system updates, service updates and preventive notifications, in order to ensure the proper functioning and use of the platform.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY:

It is the Customer's responsibility to keep their contact information up to date to ensure that communication arrives in a timely manner. Mobilvendor is not responsible for the failure to receive these notifications in case of outdated data.

If the Customer does not wish to receive commercial communications, they can request their withdrawal by sending an email to protecciondatosec@mobilvendor.com.

BUSINESS PROSPECTS (LEADS AND SALES CONTACTS)

We collect personal data from those people who have shown interest in our Services when interacting with our digital or commercial channels.

How we obtain this information:

• Paid ads in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• SEO strategies that generate traffic to our website.
• Forms on the web where users provide their data.
• Chatbot with artificial intelligence, which captures information and stores it in
our CRM.
• Networking events, LinkedIn contacts and other business interactions.

Mobilvendor may process personal data on behalf of its Customers, for the sole purpose of providing the contracted Services. This information may include personal data from:

End users of Customers (such as customers, suppliers or distributors).

Mobilvendor does not directly collect this information, but it is provided by Customers through the Mobilvendor Portal or through integrations with their systems.

Customers can enter data on the platform such as:

Name, company and address.
Contact details (email, telephone).
Products, services and commercial routes.

RESPONSIBILITY FOR THESE DATA:

Mobilvendor is not the controller of this information, but acts solely as a processor, storing and managing the data as instructed by the Customer. The Customer is responsible for the collection, updating and accuracy of this data.

USE OF INFORMATION FOR COMMERCIAL NOTIFICATIONS

Mobilvendor can use the contact details provided by the Customer on the Portal to send commercial notifications related to the contracted Services, such as:

Alerts about system updates.

Relevant information about the operation of the platform.
Operational communications necessary for the proper provision of the service.

Data removal:

Why we collect your data and how we use it

Mobilvendor collects personal data for the purpose of offering, improving and developing its Services. The information we collect can be used to:

• Manage the relationship with our customers and ensure the correct use of the platform.

3. OTHER CATEGORIES OF DATA SUBJECTS

If you contact us, subscribe to our newsletter, blog, alerts or other Services and/or become our Customer, we will also collect and process your personal data through internal tools.

In order to provide you with our Services, we use some sub-processors that help provide our Services or, otherwise, we may have access to the data stored on our platform, and we are responsible for maintaining an up-to-date list of them (Amazon Web Service, Flexmontern).

We are a global company and may share your personal data with our affiliated companies to complete internal procedures in our offices around the world and provide you with technical support.

We can offer technical support for our services by operating a 24/7 support model, this means that Mobilvendor will not transfer your personal data to another jurisdiction, sometimes we will provide customer assistance from outside Ecuador. Mobilvendor will always ensure that the transfer of personal data is in line with applicable data protection law.

We may share your personal data with others if our business is sold to a third party. This third party will be required to continue to use your personal data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, we do not share your information or information otherwise received through the use of our Services with third parties, except as necessary, such as with:

· Network operators and/or other communication service providers when necessary for proper routing and connectivity configuration. We reach people on their smartphones through network operators, as well as other global communications providers, especially such as Play Store, Movistar, Claro, CNT and WhatsApp.

· Third-party service providers to the extent strictly necessary for them to perform specific actions on our behalf. We may share personal information with our trusted and verified third-party service providers, for example, to allow them to process payments for us or prevent fraud.

Mobilvendor stores the personal and operational data of its customers on secure platforms, designed to ensure the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information.

CRM:

• Used to manage data from business prospects and customers.
• Stores information such as contacts, interactions and status of business processes, in addition to negotiations
• Your access is restricted according to the roles and permissions established by the company.

Amazon Web Services (AWS):

• Used to store and process our clients' operational and business information.
• It includes databases, transaction records and any other data relevant to the operation of the contracted Services.
• AWS has high security and compliance standards, including certifications such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, and GDPR.

What are your rights with respect to your personal data?

In accordance with current national regulations on the protection of personal data, you can access or delete your personal data, as well as exercise other rights to have control over how your personal data is collected, used and shared.

Where permitted by applicable law or regulation, you have the right to:

· Access the personal data that we process about you and know the origin of the data, the purposes of the processing and the period during which your personal data will be processed, who are the controllers and processors of your personal data and who they can access.
