Our clients are mainly companies that use our Services by accessing mobilvendor.com directly or by integrating with our platform through their own software applications, through APIs. It's important to note that we don't directly interact with our clients' end users, and all the information that our customers submit is not shared with third parties. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY:
It is the Customer's responsibility to keep their contact information up to date to ensure that communication arrives in a timely manner. Mobilvendor is not responsible for the failure to receive these notifications in case of outdated data.

BUSINESS PROSPECTS (LEADS AND SALES CONTACTS)
We collect personal data from those people who have shown interest in our Services when interacting with our digital or commercial channels.
How we obtain this information:
• Paid ads in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• SEO strategies that generate traffic to our website.
• Forms on the web where users provide their data.
• Chatbot with artificial intelligence, which captures information and stores it in

Mobilvendor does not directly collect this information, but it is provided by Customers through the Mobilvendor Portal or through integrations with their systems.

RESPONSIBILITY FOR THESE DATA:
Mobilvendor is not the controller of this information, but acts solely as a processor, storing and managing the data as instructed by the Customer. The Customer is responsible for the collection, updating and accuracy of this data.
USE OF INFORMATION FOR COMMERCIAL NOTIFICATIONS
Mobilvendor can use the contact details provided by the Customer on the Portal to send commercial notifications related to the contracted Services, such as:
Alerts about system updates.
Relevant information about the operation of the platform.
Operational communications necessary for the proper provision of the service.

In order to provide you with our Services, we use some sub-processors that help provide our Services or, otherwise, we may have access to the data stored on our platform, and we are responsible for maintaining an up-to-date list of them (Amazon Web Service, Flexmontern).
We are a global company and may share your personal data with our affiliated companies to complete internal procedures in our offices around the world and provide you with technical support.
We can offer technical support for our services by operating a 24/7 support model, this means that Mobilvendor will not transfer your personal data to another jurisdiction, sometimes we will provide customer assistance from outside Ecuador. Mobilvendor will always ensure that the transfer of personal data is in line with applicable data protection law.
We may share your personal data with others if our business is sold to a third party. This third party will be required to continue to use your personal data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, we do not share your information or information otherwise received through the use of our Services with third parties, except as necessary, such as with:

• Used to manage data from business prospects and customers.
• Stores information such as contacts, interactions and status of business processes, in addition to negotiations
• Your access is restricted according to the roles and permissions established by the company.
Amazon Web Services (AWS):
• Used to store and process our clients' operational and business information.
• It includes databases, transaction records and any other data relevant to the operation of the contracted Services.
• AWS has high security and compliance standards, including certifications such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, and GDPR.
What are your rights with respect to your personal data?
In accordance with current national regulations on the protection of personal data, you can access or delete your personal data, as well as exercise other rights to have control over how your personal data is collected, used and shared.
Where permitted by applicable law or regulation, you have the right to:
