Regarding Human Rights and Non-Discrimination
Human Rights:
People have the right to fair treatment, based on respect and protection of life.
The following describes our commitments related to human rights, in which both MOBILVENDOR and its parties involved (including suppliers, customers and business partners), are required to comply with them.
Non-Discrimination:
All human beings, regardless of ethnicity, creed or gender, have the right to pursue their material well-being and spiritual development in conditions of freedom and dignity, economic security and equal opportunities.
Fair and equitable treatment must be provided to employees and any related person, through non-discrimination, distinction, exclusion or preference based on ethnicity, color, gender, sexual orientation, medical evidence, marital status, religion, political opinion, national extraction or social origin that has the effect of annulling or altering equality of opportunity or treatment in employment and occupation; in accordance with Convention C111 — Convention on Discrimination (Employment and Occupation) of the ILO (International Labour Organization).
Forced labor:
Forced labor takes various forms: servitude, trafficking and other forms of slavery. The victims are the weakest: women and girls forced into prostitution, migrants trapped in debt bondage schemes, clandestine workers, all illegally. Forced or compulsory labor refers to any work or service required of an individual under the threat of any penalty and for which said individual does not volunteer.
Under no circumstances should forced labour be used or taken advantage of in accordance with Convention C029 — ILO (International Labour Organization) Forced Labour Convention.
Minimum hiring age:
The effective abolition of child labor and the progressive raising of the minimum age for admission to employment or work will make possible the fullest physical and mental development of minors.
Child labor is prohibited, and the employment of minors may only be done under the conditions specified by Convention C138 — Minimum Age Convention and current national legislation of the ILO (International Labour Organization).
Recruitment:
Hire employees under strict compliance with the law, with legal and fair compensation, allowing for their growth and employment projection; under the principle of equal work, equal compensation.
Laws, Rules and Regulations:
MOBILVENDOR and its related parties (including customers, suppliers and business partners), must comply with and enforce the national and international legislation applicable to their operations. These references cover fields related to anti-corruption, anti-bribery, intellectual property, tax regime, social responsibility, quality, computer security, occupational health, environment, labor laws, protection of vulnerable groups and anti-discrimination, among others.
In a particular way, MOBILVENDOR expresses its policy of zero tolerance for corruption, at all levels of its officials and in all its internal and external activities (related to the community, customers, suppliers, partners, government, etc.), as well as with all kinds of improper practices such as bribery, extortion, theft and embezzlement.
The alteration and concealment of information of any kind (tax, labor, customs, etc.) in their respective bodies and supervisory bodies is prohibited, and it is also prohibited for any official to influence, manipulate or deceive external control bodies such as auditing teams.
MOBILVENDOR's internal documentation, such as: policies, manuals, procedures, instructions, etc., are part of the applicable regulations in this article.

The concept of Win-Win must be applied with our clients and suppliers, always seeking an appropriate balance that allows us to maintain a mutually beneficial relationship; working honestly and giving all the personal and technical capacity so that customers see in MOBILVENDOR a strategic partner with credibility and trust.
Organization relationships:
Business relationships in general
The customer must be properly informed throughout the life cycle of their business relationship with MOBILVENDOR, and deception and fraud through the offer, and delivery of false products, services and conditions are not admissible.
It is prohibited to offer, promise or gift any economic or other advantage, directly or through intermediaries to obtain or keep a business or other advantage from a third party (customers and suppliers).
The participation of officials or the use of MOBILVENDOR funds in political activities, such as electoral campaigns, financing of political parties, etc., is not allowed.
Business activities involving the participation of related companies must be transparent at all levels, so that customers are fully aware of their involvement and type of participation, so as not to reduce competition without benefiting customers.
The prices in MOBILVENDOR's service offerings, as well as their marketing processes, must be consistent with the market and its operating costs, thus avoiding the incurring of dumping practices, through actions such as fraudulent tenders, boycotting competition or establishing and executing strategies that prevent free competition.
Invoicing to customers must be carried out in a technical and justified manner, avoiding actions of delay or undue advance of the same, for reasons such as the payment of commissions over a period at the convenience of the commercial agent.
Relations with the State and Regulatory Bodies

So that we can preserve our personal and professional integrity, we will seek to consciously evaluate situations that may in any way constitute a conflict between our personal interests and those of MOBILVENDOR, customers and other types of public that may compromise the ethics of our actions and jeopardize our reputation and that of the company.
So it is necessary to:
Do not act improperly to obtain personal benefits in the performance of your duties.
Do not carry out activities in our free time that may interfere with the proper and correct performance of the work or with the attributions that have been entrusted to us or that may affect our objectivity and independence.
Avoid maintaining private business relationships with customers, suppliers, or competitors, from which personal favors can be obtained based on their position or function.
Declare annually or when there are changes in a reliable manner all the business relationships that we maintain in the data update form, regarding conflict of interest and declaration of related parties.
Do not provide technical or consulting assistance of any kind to current suppliers, customers, competitors and service providers.
Do not allow relationships with former employees of the company, through business or personal relationships, to influence any decision or promote access to confidential and private information.
Do not disclose confidential or restricted company information to family, friends, collaborators, or third parties.
Notify the Human Resources Department in a timely manner, if you are aware that any applicant to the company has a relationship of kinship with any collaborator, with respect to spouses, relatives in the second degree of consanguinity or other relationship that may be compatible with the functions we perform or that may affect the principles of objectivity, independence and segregation of functions.
The giving of money as a gift to customers and suppliers is prohibited.
Gifts and attention (meals, events and the like) to third parties (customers, suppliers and others) are allowed, as long as they are reasonable, consistent and legitimate with the activity, without in themselves representing an advantage or influence on business relationships. In addition, these actions should be performed only when they do not conflict with the policies of a third party.
Physical goods such as computer equipment, communication equipment, entertainment equipment, consumer cards and others should not be delivered as gifts to customers and suppliers unless there is an express authorization from General or Commercial Management under their commercial program and are duly registered in accordance with applicable legislation.
The invitation to training, seminars and events locally and abroad must be related to the business cycle, avoiding unnecessary and luxury spending on accommodation, food and the inclusion of tourist activities. Spouses and family members should be excluded from expenses, except in exceptional circumstances.
As previously mentioned, all MOBILVENDOR employees are prohibited from receiving gifts of any kind from customers and suppliers, especially in the commercial and purchasing areas. These gifts can only be accepted if they are not monetary, they do not represent an advantage or commitment to the parties involved, as well as if their value is not significant; gifts can only be received at MOBILVENDOR and must be immediately transferred to Human Talent, to then be donated or delivered under criteria of social responsibility.
An important criterion for defining whether the act of receiving or giving a gift or care to and from a customer or supplier is ethical is one that may be known to the public and that does not affect the reputation and integrity of individuals and institutions.
To consider:
Any conflict of interest with customers and suppliers (presence of MOBILVENDOR family members or officials in the customer) must be clearly communicated to them and prior to any commercial agreement.
Employees are not allowed to participate in or influence the purchase of goods and services provided by any supplier, in which that employee has a direct or indirect financial interest.
No worker may provide administrative or technical support to companies that represent some degree of competence to the organization.
Employees or workers are not allowed to influence or employ relatives or friends, except those recommended by General or Commercial Management and that the person has been selected once their suitability has been demonstrated through all the technical tests, tests and interviews conducted by Human Talent.
Privileged Information and Intellectual Property
The privileged or confidential information and intellectual property of MOBILVENDOR, as well as of our customers and suppliers, must be protected, keeping the case confidential at all levels and activities; using it only for the agreed purposes.
Employees may not use or disclose privileged information or the intellectual property of MOBILVENDOR, its customers and suppliers for their own benefit.
ISO quality
Compliance with the requirements determined by both our clients and other parties involved (including legal requirements) must be sought for the delivery of reliable, timely and adequately serviced services.
Safety, Occupational Health and Environment
MOBILVENDOR and its suppliers must execute their operations, focused on the reduction and prevention of risks, occupational diseases and environmental impacts, observing compliance with applicable legislation, focused on obtaining a safe, healthy and sustainable environment for their workers, stakeholders and the community.
In our organization, we are committed to offering a safe work environment, with training, equipment and all the tools and implements necessary to care for and maintain health and safety, taking all necessary measures to reduce occupational risks in our activity.
The carrying of weapons to the workplace, in corporate vehicles or when representing the company is prohibited.
Communication
Effective communication must be promoted at all levels among our employees, where their opinions, ideas and suggestions are important and necessary to improve our processes, as well as to generate a work environment with respect and consideration, oriented to the common good.
Every employee can report any deviation from compliance with the code of conduct to their immediate boss, the Human Talent Department or the General or Commercial Management, depending on the case and importance; both directly and confidentially. These instances must provide appropriate validation of the information received and protect the rights of personnel (labor and personal) who submit complaints to comply with the code, framed in good faith (Example: prohibition of retaliation).
Human Talent is responsible for establishing appropriate channels for any complaint, including the confidential communication channel.
Outfitters
The Code of Ethics also considers MOBILVENDOR's suppliers, justified by the mutual co-responsibility that exists between both parties with respect to their operations.
Suppliers must comply with the applicable elements in this code, which may be related to their activities.
MOBILVENDOR may validate compliance with the Code of Ethics to its suppliers when it deems it necessary, and determine, based on its results, the establishment or continuity of its business relationships.
Organization Assets
Employees must ensure the appropriate use of the assets provided by MOBILVENDOR for the development of only the assigned activities, considering the theft, appropriation and diversion of assets as unacceptable practices; and efficiency and care must also be encouraged. These assets constitute infrastructure, monetary values, equipment, tools and intellectual property.
Dissemination of the Code of Ethics
All employees must know and understand this code of conduct, so the Human Resources Department is responsible for its dissemination within the organization.

The Organization undertakes to give due follow-up to any complaint that may be submitted, safeguarding the necessary confidentiality with respect to the complaints submitted.
To monitor the guidelines of this code, the company's Ethics Committee will be integrated, which will consist of General Management, Commercial Management and Departmental Heads.
Non-Compliance and Sanctions
Employees must comply with the principles and values set out in this code, their non-compliance leads to the sanctions determined by the Internal Labor Regulations, Labor Code and Safety and Health Regulations, established by MOBILVENDOR; as well as any applicable legal action.

PREAMBLE
Considering that freedom, justice and peace in the world are based on the recognition of the intrinsic dignity and of the equal and inalienable rights of all members of the human family;
Considering that ignorance and contempt for human rights have led to acts of barbarism that are outrageous to the conscience of humanity, and that the advent of a world in which human beings, freed from fear and misery, enjoy freedom of speech and freedom of belief has been proclaimed as man's highest aspiration;

Art. 2.- 1. Everyone has all the rights and freedoms set forth in this Declaration, without distinction of any kind, such as race, color, sex, language, religion, political or other opinion, national or social origin, property, birth or any other status.
2. In addition, no distinction shall be made based on the political, legal or international status of the country or territory on whose jurisdiction a person depends, whether it is an independent country, a territory under trusteeship, not autonomous or subject to any other limitation of sovereignty.
Art. 3.- Everyone has the right to life, liberty and security of person.
Art. 4.- No one shall be subject to slavery or servitude; slavery and the slave trade are prohibited in all their forms.
Art. 5.- No one shall be subjected to torture or to cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment.
Art. 6.- Every human being has the right, everywhere, to the recognition of their legal personality.
Art. 7.- Everyone is equal before the law and has, without distinction, the right to equal protection of the law. Everyone is entitled to equal protection against any discrimination that violates this Declaration and against any provocation to such discrimination.
Art. 8.- Everyone has the right to an effective remedy, before the competent national courts, to protect him against acts that violate his fundamental rights recognized by the constitution or by law.
Art. 9.- No one may be arbitrarily arrested, arrested or banished.
Art. 10.- Everyone has the right, under conditions of full equality, to be heard publicly and fairly by an independent and impartial court, for the determination of their rights and obligations or for the examination of any accusation against them in criminal matters.
Art. 11.- 1. Every person accused of a crime has the right to be presumed innocent until proven guilty, in accordance with the law and in a public trial where he has been assured of all the guarantees necessary for his defense.
2. No one shall be convicted for acts or omissions that at the time they were committed were not criminal under national or international law. Nor shall a more serious penalty be imposed than the one applicable at the time the offence was committed.
Art. 12.- No one shall be subject to arbitrary interference with his private life, his family, his home or his correspondence, nor to attacks on his honor or reputation. Everyone has the right to the protection of the law against such interference or attacks.
Art. 13.- 1. Everyone has the right to move freely and to choose their residence in the territory of a State.
2. Everyone has the right to leave any country, including their own, and to return to their country.
Art. 14.- 1. In case of persecution, everyone has the right to seek and enjoy asylum in any country.
2. This right may not be invoked against a judicial action actually caused by common crimes or by acts contrary to the purposes and principles of the United Nations.
Art. 15.- 1. Everyone has the right to a nationality.
2. No one shall be arbitrarily deprived of their nationality or of the right to change
of nationality.
Art. 16.- 1. Men and women, from the age of marriage, have the right, without any restriction on grounds of race, nationality or religion, to marry and found a family; and they shall enjoy equal rights in regard to marriage, during marriage and in the event of the dissolution of the marriage.
2. Only with the free and full consent of the future spouses, can marriage be contracted.
3. The family is the natural and fundamental element of society and has the right to the protection of society and the State.
Art. 17.- 1. Everyone has the right to property, individually and collectively.
2. No one shall be arbitrarily deprived of their property.
Art. 18.- Everyone has the right to freedom of thought, conscience and religion; this right includes the freedom to change religion or belief, as well as the freedom to manifest their religion or belief, individually and collectively, both in public and in private, through teaching, practice, worship and observance.
Art. 19.- Everyone has the right to freedom of opinion and expression; this right includes the right not to be disturbed because of their opinions, the right to investigate and receive information and opinions, and the right to disseminate them, without limits of frontiers, by any means of expression.
Art. 20.- 1. Everyone has the right to freedom of peaceful assembly and association.
2. No one may be forced to belong to an association.
Art. 21.- 1. Everyone has the right to participate in the government of their country, directly or through freely chosen representatives.
2. Everyone has the right of equal access to public functions in their country.
3. The will of the people is the basis of the authority of the public power; this will shall be expressed through authentic elections to be held periodically, by universal and equal suffrage and by secret ballot or other equivalent procedure that guarantees freedom to vote.
Art. 22.- Every person, as a member of society, has the right to social security, and to obtain, through national efforts and international cooperation, taking into account the organization and resources of each State, the satisfaction of economic, social and cultural rights, indispensable to their dignity and to the free development of their personality.
Art. 23.- 1. Everyone has the right to work, to free choice of work, to just and satisfactory working conditions and to protection against unemployment.
2. Everyone has the right, without any discrimination, to equal pay for equal work.
3. Every person who works has the right to equitable and satisfactory remuneration, which assures him and his family, an existence in accordance with human dignity and which will be supplemented, if necessary, by any other means of social protection.
4. Everyone has the right to form unions and to join unions for the defense of their interests.
Art. 24.- Everyone has the right to rest, to the enjoyment of free time, to a reasonable limitation of the duration of work and to periodic paid holidays.
Art. 25.- 1. Everyone has the right to an adequate standard of living to ensure their health and well-being, and especially to food, clothing, housing, medical care and necessary social services; they also have the right to insurance in case of unemployment, illness, disability, widowhood, old age or other cases of loss of their means of livelihood due to circumstances beyond their control.
2. Motherhood and childhood have the right to special care and assistance. All children, born in marriage or out of wedlock, have the right to equal social protection.
Art. 26.- 1. Everyone has the right to education. Education must be free, at least with regard to elementary and fundamental instruction. Elementary instruction will be mandatory. Technical and professional instruction must be generalized; access to higher education will be the same for all, depending on their respective merits.
2. Education shall aim at the full development of the human personality and the strengthening of respect for human rights and fundamental freedoms; it shall promote understanding, tolerance and friendship among all
nations and all ethnic or religious groups; and shall promote the development of United Nations peace-keeping activities.
3. Parents have a preferential right to choose the type of education to be given to their children.
Art. 27.- 1. Everyone has the right to freely take part in the cultural life of the community, to enjoy the arts and to participate in scientific progress and the benefits that result from it.
2. Everyone has the right to the protection of the moral and material interests that correspond to them by reason of the scientific, literary or artistic productions of which they are the author.
Art. 28.- Everyone has the right to have a social and international order established, in which the rights and freedoms proclaimed in this Declaration are fully effective.
Art. 29.- 1. Every person has a duty to the community, since only in it can they freely and fully develop their personality.
2. In the exercise of their rights and in the enjoyment of their freedoms, every person shall be subject only to the limitations established by law for the sole purpose of ensuring recognition and respect for the rights and freedoms of others, and of satisfying the just requirements of morality, public order and general welfare in a democratic society.
3. These rights and freedoms may not, under any circumstances, be exercised contrary to the purposes and principles of the United Nations.
Art. 30.- Nothing in this Declaration may be interpreted as conferring any right on the State, a group or a person, to undertake and carry out activities or to carry out acts aimed at the suppression of any of the rights and freedoms proclaimed in this Declaration.
